Few grape varieties embody the spirit of Colares as completely as Ramisco. Grown for centuries in the region's sandy soils under the influence of the Atlantic Ocean, it is one of the world's rarest grape varieties and a true symbol of Colares' winemaking heritage.
Nestled at the heart of our Malvasia vineyard, it is the room closest to the vines. From its private terrace, guests are immersed in nature, with vineyards stretching towards the horizon, accompanied by the Atlantic breeze and the peaceful atmosphere that defines Vale da Roca.
