Welcome to Quinta Vale da Roca, a boutique hotel and vineyard set on the Atlantic coastline inside the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. A family of Portuguese architects first made it their home; over time, they opened a few rooms to guests and, later still, planted vines of their own. Today, new owners carry that initial vision forward, keeping the spirit of the place intact. Beneath the estate, the salt-touched soil gives Colares its rare terroir, and gives every glass poured here a taste of the ocean it grew beside.
