Private Venue: Quinta Vale da Roca provides the event setting, estate wines, boutique accommodation and catering for business gatherings and team celebrations.
Capacity: Quinta Vale da Roca can accommodate corporate events for up to 100 guests, with the team on hand to help plan the format for your group size.
Planning Support: Our team helps coordinate the flow of the day, from arrival and breaks to meals, wine experiences and informal moments between sessions.
Evening Events: If your program runs into the evening, it will move indoors after 11:00 PM to keep the rest of the property undisturbed.
Year-Round Use: Corporate events take place year-round, with indoor and outdoor options available depending on the format and season.

Panoramic Start of the Day: Breakfast with vineyard and Atlantic views is a gentler way to open a following day of sessions.
Check-in Policy: Overnight stays follow the estate’s usual hotel schedule: check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM.
Logistics
Location: For a team based in Lisbon, the commute is short: 30–40 minutes from the city, 20–30 minutes from Sintra or Cascais, and 5 minutes from Cabo da Roca if the agenda leaves room for a visit to the coast.
Parking: Corporate guests can use the on-site parking area, which covers up to 20 vehicles. Larger parking needs might be accommodated on request.
